Internet Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting and maintaining the confidence of our customers in the privacy of the information that they provide to us. Internet Privacy applies to personal information collected by America West Financial, Inc. through the websites that link to this privacy disclosure and the services provided through such websites (the “America West Financial Services”). The purpose of this notice is to explain how personally identifiable information (“Information”) that is collected through America West Financial Services may be later disclosed. Internet Privacy does not apply to information collected by third party websites, software or services (the “Third Party Services”) accessible through the America West Financial Services. Third Party Services are governed by the terms of use and privacy policies of the providers of such services. Categories of Personally Identifiable Information Collected We collect personal information in order to better understand the financial needs of consumers and to provide efficient and customized service. We do not collect personal information from consumers that are not our customers (“non-customers”) other than applicants for our mortgage products or consumers who may register for online services. Additionally, non-customers who receive promotional e-mail messages about our products and services may choose to stop receiving those messages at any time (opt-out). If you opt- out from receiving e-mail messages, we will retain your e-mail address solely for the purposes of facilitating your request. We collect information about customers through the applications we receive and from other sources. If you apply to become a customer of America West Financial, we may collect information about you, including:

* Information you provide on applications and other forms, such as your name, address, and telephone number;

* Information about your transactions with other AWF affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties, such as your account balances, payment history, and account activity; and

* Information received about you from other sources, such as your credit report and credit score.

America West Financial Services may use devices on our websites known as “cookies,” graphic interchange format files (GIFs), web beacons, trackers, server logs and other similar web tools to collect information from users of America West Financial Services in order to

1. facilitate online registration,

2. optimize the performance of our websites,

3. provide a personalized and enhanced web experience to our customers, and

Categories of third party entities with whom Information may be shared Nonaffiliated third parties are companies that are not part of the family of companies controlled by AWF. Review and request changes to Information If you wish to review personal information provided in an online application, you can contact us to request a copy of the personal information you provided through our customer service numbers. There may be a charge for certain information that is requested. To protect your privacy, proof of identity or other authentication is required. If you are a America West Financial customer, you may review and request changes to your personal contact information such as address, telephone numbers, and e-mail information by logging in to your account and accessing your personal profile.

Information About Cookies
